WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR FLYER DESIGNS?
You will receive the first draft for your order within 24Hrs from receipt of payment and required information to get started on the design.

HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE ALLOWED?
Revisions may be made only by the Designer at the Preliminary Design phase. Additional fees will be charged for revisions made after  preliminary design revisions, and for additions to project scope. In order to avoid errors, text changes and corrections will not be taken over the telephone and must be provided electronically. Any text with extensive changes must also be provided as marked up hard copy, indicating the revised text.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A ROUND OF REVISIONS?
Once I present a design draft, you will provide your feedback as soon as possible. Once all of your comments, ideas and questions are consolidated and I provide a new version, that’s the end of that round of revision.
Full payment is required upfront prior to project commencement. As a freelance designer I only take on a certain number of projects each year. All Purchases are valid for a Store Credit within 30 Days of your purchase. Cash Refunds are not given, Store Credits only.
