How does this work?

Once you sign up for your package, you will receive your Welcome Email.  You will be instructed to complete the initial Brand Form so that we can get an idea of your company and its Brand. Once you complete this form, you will be able to start submitting jobs. Our design team will work through each submission in the order that it’s received.

Can I use my package for multiple  Businesses/Brands?

The “Light Work” Package supports only 1 Business/Brand. The  “Booming Biz” Package can support up to 2 Businesses/Brands. The “Booming Biz Express” Package can support up to 3 Businesses/Brands.

What Kind of Work Can I request with each Package?

We are here to service most of your graphic design needs as a Small Business. Items that aren’t included in the Package options are Custom Logo Desings, Book Cover Designs, Magazine Layout Designs, Website Design, and Large PDF Workbooks/Documents. Please see a full list of items here.

What are the Turn-Around Times?

We understand that you want to get things back ASAP and we strive to do just that. The standard turnaround time for the “Light Work” and “Booming Biz” Packages are 2-5 Business Days from receipt of required information to get started. There are instances where this turnaround time will need to be extended based on the complexity and scope of the project. The “Booming Biz Express” Package gives you the luxury of Same Day to 24 Hour Turnaoround on select items.

Unlimited Revisions?

You will be able to request Unlimited Revisions.  Things to keep in mind.. Revisions can take anywhere from 2-5 Business Days. We don’t mind the revisions, however we do want you to keep in mind that we are human and changes take time.

Do I have to Commit to a Contract?

There is NO CONTRACT. You will be billed Month to Month, if you no longer wish to be a part of the program simply don’t pay. Please note that if you do decide not to continue the plan on a month to month basis, you will lose your spot and will be admitted back to the program once an open slot becomes available. The only way to ensure that you remain a client is to continue using our services month to month.  You will be billed every 30 days. If your payment is not made within 5 days of your due date we will assume that you’ve decided to no longer be a member and your slot will become available to others.

No Refunds. Store Credit Only.

All Purchases are valid for a Store Credit within 30 Days of your purchase. Cash Refunds are not given, Store Credits only.

Use it or LOSE it!

You will have 4 – 10 flyer credits depending on the package that you choose. You must use the credits within 30 days. Unused design credits are not able to be rolled over.  If you do not use your credits, you lose them. No exceptions.
